Terms
& Conditions;
1. Minimum stay 3 nights Bank Holiday Weekends.
10% discounts do not apply over Bank Holidays
when the nightly price should be used to calculate costs.
2. A non-refundable deposit equivalent to one night bed &
breakfast charge per person is required at time of booking
by credit/debit card or we will hold a booking for up to seven
days until your cheque is received. Cheques must be received
at least 14 days prior to your stay.
3. No credit card charges.
4. Rooms will be available from 4 p.m. , however we will be
happy to store luggage for those arriving earlier by public
transport. If you anticipate a very late arrival please advise
us at time of booking.
5. Rooms should be vacated by 10a.m. on day of departure.
6. Cancellation; To cover the costs of processing your cancellation
and the risk of our not being able to re-let rooms we make
a cancellation charge as follows -
Cancellation more than 56 days prior to the start of your
stay, loss of deposit only
Cancellation less than 56 days prior to the start of your
stay, loss of two thirds of the total cost of your holiday.
This also applies to late bookings.
Please ensure you are in receipt of written confirmation from
us of your cancellation.
We strongly recommend you take adequate
holiday insurance to cover these costs and other unforeseen
eventualities
